Linda M. Gates, CPA
Linda graduated from Sinclair Community College in 1983 and obtained her CPA certificate in 1985. Before starting her own firm in 1983, she worked for a number of years as an accountant/office manager in a local CPA firm. A professional corporation was formed in 1993 when Art Kitze joined the firm as an owner.

Arthur A. Kitze, CPA
Art began his career in Michigan following graduation from Hillsdale College in 1979. He earned his CPA certificate in 1982. After six years experience with a Detroit-area firm, he worked in management for a large business conglomerate in the Lansing area. Upon relocating to Dayton in 1989 he returned to public accounting, and obtained an ownership interest in the firm in 1993.

Michael J. Gapinski, CPA
Mike began his public accounting career as an intern during his college days at Wright State University, graduating in 1977. He was granted his CPA certificate in 1979. After practicing for several years, he held the position of controller for a chain of retail furniture stores. Mike returned to public accounting in 1988, and became a partner with the firm in 1995.
